ABOUT MEI am Roger Nielsen and I have more than 35 years in the construction industry as a builder of single family homes, apartments, and commercial buildings. I have a vast knowledge of the components and the proper building techniques that should be observed when inspecting your property. I promise to take the time necessary with you at your property to be able to provide you with a clear, concise, and informative report that will help you to understand everything you need to know in order to make a valuable decision. After all, your property represents one of the biggest investments you will ever make and we want to help you protect that investment. I am married to my beautiful wife, Shelly, and together we have 3 children and 10 awesome grandchildren.

InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
